Booking.com launches ModelFront to scale human-quality translation

ModelFront, the provider of AI to scale human-quality translation, today announced that it has rolled out its AI system for Booking.com.

Booking.com, the world's leading provider of online travel, was early to start using AI to generate a translation, and is accessible in more than 40 languages.

Unlike AI that just generates translation, ModelFront provides AI to check and fix translations that AI generates.

With better generation alone, translation was either too slow because it still required manual verification of every single word, or too low-quality.

With AI for verification, combined with AI for generation, large translation buyers have accelerated translation significantly, while keeping human quality.

At the top translation industry event, leading luxury fashion marketplace Farfetch shared that it achieved a 5x speedup with ModelFront quality prediction and automatic post-editing.
